Course Tour

See What's Inside the Course

Curious what the learning experience is actually like?

In this brief tour, I'll introduce myself, share why I created the course, and give you a guided walkthrough of the learning platform. You'll see how the videos, workbook, readings, reflection questions, worksheets, and monthly live sessions work together to support your development.

Whether you're exploring the course for yourself or considering it for your team, I hope this gives you a clear sense of what to expect and how the course is designed to help you develop a systems-informed lens for understanding, facilitating, and leading groups.

Every group is more than the people in it.

Beneath every agenda, discussion, and decision are patterns of participation, uncertainty, relationships, roles, assumptions, and emotions that shape how a group thinks, learns, and works together.

These dynamics are often difficult to see while we are participating in them. Yet they influence nearly every aspect of group life, from collaboration and creativity to conflict, learning, and decision-making.

This course is designed to help facilitators develop the capacity to notice what is emerging in groups, make sense of those patterns, and respond with greater awareness and intention.

Rather than offering formulas or techniques to apply in every situation, the course develops a way of seeing, one that integrates systems theory, systems psychodynamics, psychology, adult learning, and reflective practice.

Whether you facilitate classrooms, teams, workshops, community groups, or organizational meetings, the goal is not to become more controlling or more certain. It is to become more observant, more thoughtful, and more responsive to the group you are working with.

Over time, this lens becomes something you carry into every group you facilitate.
